Simple Returns Policy for womensrave.com

1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 28 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free of makeup stains or odors

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Beauty products & cosmetics
  • Earrings
  • Contact lenses
  • Stick-on bras 

3. Return Methods
Option 1: Prepaid Label (UK Only)

  • Cost: £2.99 (deducted from refund)
  • Print label from Returns Portal or request at Royal Mail service points
  • Attach to parcel and drop at any Post Office 

Option 2: Own Courier (International & UK)

  • Customer covers return shipping
  • Send to our logistics center (address excluded per request)
  • Use tracked shipping for protection 

4. Refund Timeline

  • Processing: 5–14 working days after we receive returns
  • Refund method: Original payment (credit card/PayPal)
  • Store credit: Issued for returns after 14 days (valid 12 months) 

5. Faulty/Wrong Items
Contact Customer Support within 14 days with:

  • Photos of damage/incorrect item
  • Order number
  • We cover return costs for these cases 

6. International Returns

  • Customers outside the UK:
    • Responsible for return shipping and customs fees
    • Must mark parcels as “RETURNED GOODS”
    • Original shipping costs non-refundable 

7. Holiday Extension
Orders placed December 1–24 may be returned until January
